Do I need a full-time HR manager?+
Not necessarily. Our HR Outsourcing service gives you the same expert support at a fraction of the cost — billed as a monthly retainer based on headcount.
Can you build systems that connect to my accounting software?+
Yes. We integrate with tools like QuickBooks and Xero, as well as custom APIs and bespoke databases.
Do you take on small projects?+
Yes — from a single landing page or one-off HR audit, all the way to multi-month software builds and ongoing HR retainers.
What about support after development?+
Every software build includes a launch warranty. We then offer optional monthly maintenance plans for updates, hosting and feature work.
How is my data kept secure?+
We use signed confidentiality agreements, role-based access controls, encrypted document sharing, and least-privilege admin policies across all engagements.
Do you operate outside Zimbabwe?+
Yes. Our BPO and software practices serve clients across Africa, Europe and North America. HR services follow Zimbabwean labour law by default and can be extended to other jurisdictions on request.
Can we bundle services?+
Most of our clients do. Bundling HR, BPO and tech with one partner means fewer invoices, one named contact, and a discount on the combined retainer.
How quickly can you start?+
After the discovery call we typically issue a proposal within 48 hours and can start onboarding within 1–2 weeks for HR, and 2–4 weeks for software builds depending on scope.
