About the role

Our VAs handle the admin and finance backbone for busy founders and executives — from inbox triage to bank reconciliations. You will be matched to 1–3 clients based on your strengths and timezone fit.

Responsibilities

  • Daily inbox and calendar triage
  • Invoice preparation and follow-up
  • Expense categorisation and bank reconciliations
  • Light project management

What you bring

  • Diploma in Accounting, Admin or related
  • Comfortable with QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent written English
  • Reliable internet (10 Mbps+) and quiet workspace
