About the role
You will recruit, brief and supervise outsourced crews on behalf of our clients. Expect early starts, time on site, and direct ownership of attendance, safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Daily attendance, safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Coordinate worker replacements when needed
- Liaise with client site managers
What you bring
- 1+ years supervising labour crews
- Valid driver's licence
- First aid and HSE awareness
