QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance and compliance activities across the manufacture and packaging of solid and liquid dosage pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), applicable regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to maintain a robust Quality Management System and proactively identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks. Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of deviations, non-conformances and CAPAs.
• Manage and oversee batch release activities in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure ongoing audit and regulatory inspection readiness and compliance.
• Oversee the Change Control process and assess quality and regulatory impacts.
• Conduct and support internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Identify GMP violations and support routine announced and unannounced self-inspections.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, compliance plans and preventative measures to mitigate quality risks.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to senior management on quality, compliance and regulatory matters.
