About the role
As Payroll Administrator you will run multi-client payroll cycles, prepare statutory returns, and act as the trusted finance partner for our clients. You will collaborate with our HR and consultancy teams to keep every payslip on time and every cent accounted for.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for assigned client portfolio
- Reconcile statutory deductions and prepare ZIMRA returns
- Generate payslips and management reports
- Resolve employee payroll queries with empathy and speed
What you bring
- 2+ years payroll experience in Zimbabwe
- Solid grasp of PAYE, NSSA, AIDS Levy and NEC remittances
- Belina, Paywell or comparable payroll software
- High attention to detail and discretion
